Odd

Yesterday we had a family in our ward over for dinner. I had noticed earlier in the day that one of their daughters had my same birthday. Later that night at dinner we were talking about birthdays and get this...

Their daughter and I were born on December 9th
Their other daughter and Gwen were October 23rd
The wife and Blaine are both September 23rd

Someone please tell me the odds of that happening : ) I am going to take it as a sign that we are meant to be friends. Ironically that cancels the negative sign of my awesome cheesecake turning out to be nothing more than a hot pudding pile at dessert time.

Luckily there was one more good sign... it turns out that they know the Worthington's...and if you'll recall, we have really good luck with people who know the Worthingtons :)

That has happened to me, and it has turned out to be pretty lucky. A lady I know has the same birthday as my brother, and one of her sons shares a birthday with me. It turned out that I married one of her other sons! (I couldn't start out with "My mother-in-law...because the luck wouldn't be as apparent!) Take it as a sign, and run with it! Good friends are nice to have!

That has to be a sign! Loved the post and also loved the one from last summer. I must have missed reading it in July. How fun to have such great connections with friends.

I bet that pudding cheesecake still tasted scrumptious!

I like that. There's a family in our ward who has two children with the same first names as two of our children's middle names.
