Introducing...

Baby Girl Bassett!

Why yes she is 13 hours old and has no name...what of it?

Born 12:28PM

Weight: 8 lbs 7 oz (at a week and a half early!)

Height/Length: 19 1/2 inches

Head: big

Hair: NONE!

And you can totally blame the no hair thing for her not having a name yet. When I found out this baby was a girl I envisioned producing a Gwen-twin...so not so. She looks completely different and as a result all my old ideas for names had to go out the window! So we are regrouping and hope to have a name to announce tomorrow!

Gorgeous! Can't wait to hear the name, that is always the most difficult part of having a baby.

Hey Kris!
I going to send over the pictures I took yesterday. To be used at your leisure. I hope you slept well last night. We'll see you soon!

Congratulations on not dying during child birth. The promise of your wardrobe did very little for me personally. I'm sure you guys will come up with a great name. My suggestion is Lindsay Belle.

YAY! Too cute.
Do your kids look the same at all when they get older as they did when they were newborns? Mine don't, so I'm glad I've never worried much about picking a name by looking at them. Seriously, it's like after a few months my newborns are traded out for a totally different child. My 2 were named as soon as we knew the gender. But we were lucky to have already picked a name. Next time around? Could get interesting. I may have to get tips from you on how to decide on a name while you're in the hospital. But with a face that cute, you could name her ANYTHING and it'd be great! :)

That's freaky how the date stamp on the pic says Jan 28 - how'd you take it a whole day early??? :) If you are making up that she was born on my birthday I am going to be so ticked.

Congratulations!!!

Naming kids is so freaking hard. I don't know that they should leave it so totally up to us. Maybe give us a list of 3 and let us pick our favorite?

Hey! Congrats you guys. Seriously, what a check off the old to do list:

Give birth to baby- check.
Complete three pregnancies- check.

Now that's satisfying. She's a beaut!

Congratulations! How exciting :) I hope you are getting the rest you need, drug induced or not! I can't imagine giving birth so far away from home. My parents watch the kids and I basically told them I would disown them if they went anywhere the first two and a half weeks in March! BUt I guess if they did, I have really great siblings who would let my kids stay over a few days. But living out of state is different, I think people really come together to help each other out (do you feel that is true).
I hope I have a name or I may be in big trouble. The other two kids were named basically at the ultrasound. This kid is neglected.

She's adorable! The nurses are always bugging us about our names. It always comes before we're kicked out. Good luck! May the name force be with you.

Yup - ditto to all. I'm so happy you lived, and your baby is such a sweetheart. Did Dr. House give you a good epidural?
However, I do worry about your recovery due to the comment about her head size.... :)
Love your guys! Way to be on top on the blogging! you should definitely NOT expect that from me! Not that you ever would or anything... :)
